A Bit About Me

Smart and Stupid
I have come to a conclusion that people are either one of two things. Smart or stupid. It's a simple conclusion, one that has become quite obvious to me. This year I have had the liberty of organizing both my peers and authorities into one of these two groups. I'd tell you full out who I think these people are, but I don't know who reads my blog.
I've organized only people I see on a day to day basis into my list ((it's not written down to let you know, completely in my head)). Some of these people I might seem extremely close to, but actually find them as total imbocils. If you know me well, and understand the way I think ((pshhh...meaning absolutely no one)), then you might have a basic idea of what I find attractive or distasteful in others.
Just as a small preview, I'll give you the main people on my 'smart' list. Even though you may or may not know them, I want to list some of the people I respect and care for the most. ((not in order, just whatever ones pop into my head))
Michael (best bud)
Hannah (best bud)
Gaby (best bud)
Amanda (good friend)
Jesse (my bro)
Nick (I go to school with him)
Nick (my guitar teacher)
Sifu (the owner of the dojo I go to)
Ms. Allison (one of my favorite kung-fu instructors)
Mr. H (would be my most favorite instructor, if he didn't leave)
Mrs. K (my homeroom teacher)
Mr. G (my algebra and gym teacher)
Mrs. P (my old literature and health teacher)
These are all those on I can come up with on the top of my head. There are many people I think our smart and fun to be around, and those people I will just simply acknowledge and not list ((many people at my dojo, almost everyone there is likeable in my opinion, all of the instructors too, I listed my three most favorites though)).
All of the people I listed are the kind of people who are willing to have fun, people who won't chop your head off if you make a mistake, who understand human error, who have good common sense, and who I enjoy being around. I absolutley DISLIKE people who can't have fun. I love to goof off. I have a random sense of humor. I waste all my energies and school and out in the world so I can act all serious and smart when I come to post on my blog.
These people all have certain qualities I have come to appreciate, like the way Amanda sees things in everyone's eyes, the way she never takes sides, and can always find good qualities in people. The way Sifu can keep calm in serious situations. The way Mrs. K and Mrs. P appreciate my sense of humor. The way my guitar teacher Nick is always easy-going and loves to make jokes. It's the people on my 'smart/likeable' list that make my life worth living.

Looking over his shoulder
My ex sits diagonal from me during homeroom. The desks aren't spaced out well, so he's approximately two feet away. I always love to watch what he's doing. Whether it's writing stuff in his notebook or reading his prayer requests. The best part is, most of the stuff is personal. So, as you can tell, I'm not in love with him anymore. He's more of an...entertainer to me. When I'm out of stuff to do, or when I see he's writing in his green composition book, I lean over slightly and read over his shoulder. He never notices.
Most of what he writes in his compo book is lyrics, as far as I can tell. Of course, they're not his. I could never imagine an insensible creature like him being poetic in any way, shape, or form. But he tends to go back to them and correct them from time to time. Maybe it's his way of memorizing songs. Who knows?
His prayer requests can be interesting at times. I don't want to list them right here. I'd feel that would be wrong. Even if his name is unknown, and he is completely oblivious to this blog.
For now, I'm just hoping we don't get a new seating arrangement. No one else would be interesting to watch.....no, everyone else is pretty readable. He's the one who displays no emotion (he does make the strangest facial expressions though....at least he tries). I wonder if he ever means half the things he says?

School (continued once more from 2007)
As anyone my age, school takes up a major part of my life. (I probably have mentioned that at least twice in the last 30 posts or so).
Soooo, once again, I will dedicate my second post of 2008 toward it.
I'm on everyone's good side now, thank God. There's one teacher who seems to have some sort of prejudice against me, but excuse me if I'm one of the few who knows she is a fake. Amber and I made up, and everyone of her followers seemed to magically like me again when we began to exchange a few words. (sarcasm for those who haven't realized it). People still think I'm a complete spaztastic freak, but that's all good on my part. I think I have a big imagination.
Second semester starts next week, and that means one more step towards graduation. If I don't get valedictorian I will tear my hair out. After that I will proceed to tear the principal's (HORSEFACE!) hair out.
Speaking of hair, I just got my hair cut. Trimmed a bit, so it's still long, but I have a face frame on one side of my face, hair covering my right eye if I don't continuously flip it out of the way. I like it. I don't look like a total dork when I have my hair up now.
Back on topic...I'm anxious for the next report card, I hope my GPA is as good as it was last quarter. If not, I will tear half of my hair out. I don't want to presume the Britney Spears look right away.
I wish we had a variety of classes in middle school. I'm getting sick of the stuff we're learning now. Everything besides science and math is almost a complete review of everything we've already learned, so it's extremely easy. (Except for the few times when I underestimate something, or ignore part of the directions). But to provide a little challenge other than that, I've decided to make it to the top ten AR. No, not even, I want first place.
AR is called "Accelerated Reader" in our school, something that everyone from 3rd grade and up participates in. It's sort of something they established to force kids into reading. There are points you earn from reading certain books that are in this computer basis, ranging from 1-73 points. A regular book is probably from 1-10 points. Or a 'regular' book in my standards that would take about a day to read. So, I do have some competition for the first place, that is, some geeky little kid in 6th grade with huge teeth, greasy shiny hair, about four feet tall, huge glasses, and reads almost every second of the day. Hell, I have more of a life than that. He'll regret it when I burn his little ass.
I'll have to wrap it up here now...I love to talk about myself, but I think that's enough for now. Modesty is good. And plus, I have to go to Snaby's house. We're going to put old gummy worms in the microwave. So,
TTFN!
(I don't think I've ever used an abbreviation on my blog before...so unintelligent...let's make it our last, shall we?)
*BLUSH*
I got a comment from my last post!
*joy jump*
Thanks!

New start
My first post of the new year.
Of course, New Years was a couple of weeks ago, but I haven't gotten to writing until today. Ah, yes, January it is. The weather patterns are a little screwed up, but that'll soon be a normal thing. Nothing we can do about it.
Anyway, I have a few resolutions myself. I'm trying my hardest to achieve them. If I don't, I'll end up getting mad at myself. Not necessarily a good thing. But, I did improve my schedule, and I plan to get 3x as much exercise into my daily life. I've been watching alot of parkour videos lately.
So ever since the new year, I've been very interested in it. Doing everything from watching every video on youtube of it, to reading every article, to going and examining every web page involving it I possibly can. It takes alot of upper body strength to do some of the things traceurs and traceuses can do. So, of course I'll need to be in the best shape in my life. I already have a good start, I have Presidental Fitness (I have a certificate for that), I take martial arts, I go jogging daily, and I'm in a special class at my dojo for only those who pass an extremely difficult test that involves much pain and difficulty. With all that, I need to do simple exercises like push-ups and squats that help build strength in different sections of the body. It's even more difficult when I'm a girl. Men develop upper body strength as part of the way they are built, while women are built different. And women tend to have more body fat then men. Something that is deffinately annoying.
But with my dedication, I have decided my workout plan for the entire week:
Sunday: Resting day. Finish up homework, hang out with friends. WOD.
Monday: Jogging, kung-fu, WOD
Tuesday: Jogging, kung-fu, WOD
Wednesday: Jogging, WOD
Thursday: Jogging, kung-fu WOD
Friday: 2 kung-fu classes, WOD
Saturday: fool around at the park, WOD
((WOD= Work Out of the Day))
In this way, I'm sure I can become reasonabley fit in a period of time.
